popular throughout
Scandinavia with various meats
and cheeses that are stacked
beautifully on a slice of bread.
They are dressed up to look
delicious and beautiful. A tray
of sandwiches includes
countless open-face sandwich
combinations. There is no set
recipe of what to put on the
sandwich so be creative.
At last month’s meeting, Lise
Fleming did a demonstration
on making Norwegian openfaced
sandwiches.
